New records of grasses (Poaceae) for the Flora of Colombia

Abstract

Aegopogon bryophilus, Aristida riparia, Calamagrostis pittieri, Cortaderia jubata, Eustachys
petraea, Gouinia latifolia, Gymnopogon foliosus, Paspalum lineare, and Trichloris pluriflora are
recorded for the first time for Colombia. Geographical distribution and ecological preferences are
discussed under each species
