Ruellia filicalyx (Acanthaceae), new record for Argentina and Paraguay

Abstract

A species of Ruellia originally described for eastern Bolivia is reported from Chaco areas of Paraguay and Argentina for the first time. The systematic position of this species within Ruellia and its affinities to species of group Aphragmia are discussed
